Stan Zaist, P.E., Partner

50 years industry experience in engineering and construction. Founded ZCM in 1997. Current focus is business development, early project planning preconstruction and management of key project issues.

Duane Nardi, P.E., Partner

18 years industry experience with the past 14 as a senior project manager with ZCM. Duane’s recent projects include Caldera House and Continuum Hotel. He is currently managing the Rusty Parrot Hotel Project.

Jeff Cominsky

17 years industry experience with the past 9 as cost & contract manager for ZCM. Jeff has supported projects across Wyoming with the majority of his experience being local to the Jackson valley.

Randy Ashworth

45 years industry experience in design and construction management. Randy has been a project manager with ZCM for 26 years on a wide range of projects. He recently completed the renovation of the OYG Restaurant located in Caldera House which has been completely transformed into the Corsa Restaurant.

Ken Abbott

18 years industry experience in engineering and construction management. Ken has been a senior project engineer with ZCM for 8 years. He is a mechanical engineer with extensive knowledge and experience in commercial mechanical and electrical systems.

Daniel Luna

9 years of construction industry experience in Teton County, Wyoming. Daniel is a bilingual site supervisor for ZCM. His responsibilities include self-performing general conditions, building envelope scopes of work and supporting other subcontractor trades.

Jake Hunner

Jake has been a project engineer with ZCM for 3 years and has 15 years of industry experience. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering and a masters in accounting. His project role combines these skills by managing field activities along with cost management.
